The 2008 Fall Camporee Program Manual is also available for adults and Scouts to download. Use it to begin preparing for the events. |

| The 2008 Shawnee Lodge Winter Fellowship Banquet is going to be held Monday, December 15, 2008 beginning at 6:30 p.m. It will be at the Machinists' Hall in Bridgeton, Missouri. The cost is $13 before December 5 and after it is $16. The 2009 Shawnee Lodge Ceremonial Team Seminar is scheduled for Saturday, March 7. Costs and times have not been announced. Stay posted. |

| Summer 2009 Activities |
Troop 4 has registered for the 2009 Summer Camp Lottery and the dates have now been announced. The troop will be going to Camp Gamble the week of Sunday, June 21 thru Saturday, June 27, 2009. Start looking for to Summer 2009! The 2009 Catholic Adventure Week application is not available yet. The event will take place at the Swift Base the week of Sunday, July 19 - Saturday, July 25 2009. Please stay posted and plan now for next summer. Ranger Camp at the S-F Scout Ranch is back. Please download the either form and return it to the Greater St. Louis Area Council Camping Office ASAP. The cost is $195 for each. |

| Medical Forms |
| Every Scout and Adult participating in Troop Campouts must submit an Emergency Health Form to the Scoutmaster prior to the event. Every Scout attending Summer Camp must have a BSA Class II Medical Form appropriately dated. Please refer to the form for information. Each year, the Scouts must have a new BSA Class I Medical Form as well. Please return to the Scoutmaster before Summer Camp. Any adult over the age of 40 must fill out a BSA Class III Medical Form each year. Bring this form to summer camp. |

| Patrol Leaders should use the Troop/Patrol Campout Planning Packet to plan and prepare for upcoming Troop Campouts. The SPL should use the Troop Meeting Plan Form to prepare for each troop meeting. Use the form at the montly PLC's. Interested in joining Troop 4 or know someone who is? Then download a Boy Scout Application and fill it out. If you are 14 years or older and want to join Crew 4, download a Venturer Application and submit it right away. Our troop is always looking for adult volunteers. Nothing would happen without willing adult leaders. Please register as an adult leader and start helping our troop. |
