General Information
Every Wednesday, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the St. Gabriel's School
Cafeteria, Troop 4 holds its regular Troop Meetings. However, there
are no regular meetings held on the first Wednesday of the month,
those are Patrol Leaders Conferences (PLC) and the adult Troop
Committee Meetings. Scouts who are looking to have an Eagle Scout
Project approved by the Troop Committee should reserve a time and
present their project to the committee beginning at 7:30 p.m. Troop 4
does not hold meetings during these days/weeks: Ash Wednesday,
Holy Week, the month of July (unless noted), Thanksgiving week, and
Christmas Break. Please check this website for changes.
What to Do...
Every Scout should come to the meetings prepared. Bring the
materials that you need for merit badge work and rank advancement.
Scouts should bring their Boy Scout Handbook too. Dress in Full
Class-A uniform or Full Class-B uniform. Be on time!
What to Expect...
The Troop PLC spends a lot of time planning for quality meetings. Each week there is something different and something new! Scouts can bring in merit badge counselors to work towards Star, Life, and Eagle, as well as planning fun activites, such as the chariot races pictured to the right.

Meetings in late May and June are usually aimed at preparing for Summer Camp. Be sure to be at these meetings if you want to be ready for another exciting week of camp this summer.

Patrol leaders can use the Troop Meeting Plan sheet to prepare for each meeting, download it now!
