| When? Where? What? |
| The Troop 4 PLC is made up of Scouts from each patrol and several other Scouts who hold leadership positions. Everyone who is a member of the Troop 4 PLC should be at all of the meetings. All PLC's are held on the FIRST WEDNESDAY of every month, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Meeting locations var from month to month but are usually in the St. Gabriel's Cafe. |

| Before leaving for the PLC, every patrol leader and the Senior Patrol Leader should download a copy of the meeting plan form. It will help you plan, in detail, each meeting of the current month. Filling this form out can ensure better meetings. The patrol campout packet is a nice resource to use when planning activities for campouts. Please use this packet as a valuable resource. An old PLC agenda is available to use as a guide when planning PLC's. Use it to improve the quality of your agendas. Download this months PLC agenda when it becomes available.
